Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council is driving UK Central and with the Landowning Consortium is promoting Arden Cross as a prime development site for Solihull through its Local Plan, capable of delivering housing and mixed use development to support the ambitious growth plans; not only can Arden Cross deliver 2,000 homes but it can also accommodate commercial and retail space, and public realm as part of a sustainable urban quarter.
